Whatever your individual situation may be, the home remediation process is often overwhelming. At HomeClear, we understand this. The following is the general plan that we have put together outlining what you can expect from our company.

• After being contacted, a HomeClear representative will answer all of your questions and schedule an assessment of your home.
• HomeClear will then come to your home and put together a plan that fits your individual needs and achieves your remediation goals.
• When you are satisfied with the plan, HomeClear will then begin the remediation process at a time and date that is convenient for you.
• Although our highly trained staff works quickly and efficiently to complete your tasks, we do not lose sight of the fact that we are a guest in your home and handling your personal property. We are experts in valuables and document recovery and will do our very best to preserve any important items.
• We will not leave until we have completed the agreed upon tasks. We have no hidden fees or costs. You will know exactly how much the project will cost before it begins.
